Introduction

Welcome to WAYZE. This Terms of Service document ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the WAYZE mobile application, website, and related services ("Services"). By installing, registering, or using WAYZE, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Definitions

  • "Account" means a registered user account on WAYZE.
  • "User" means any person accessing or using WAYZE.
  • "Vehicle Owner" means a user who registers a vehicle.
  • "Scanner" means a user who searches a vehicle number or scans a code to contact a vehicle owner.
  • "Services" means all features provided by WAYZE including alerts, calls, notifications, and vehicle registration.
  • "Content" means any data, text, images, or information uploaded to WAYZE.

Service Overview

WAYZE provides a platform for vehicle identification and communication. Users may search vehicle numbers registered on WAYZE to send alerts or initiate in-app communication with vehicle owners. WAYZE acts solely as an intermediary technology platform. We do not verify ownership documents, identities, or the intent of any user. We do not guarantee response, resolution, or action taken by any user.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law. By using WAYZE, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. WAYZE shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

Vehicle Registration Responsibilities

Users may register only vehicles they own or are authorized to use. Registering false or misleading vehicle information is prohibited. WAYZE may suspend accounts found violating this condition.

Communication and Usage Rules

WAYZE services must be used only for legitimate vehicle-related communication. Users shall not engage in:

  • Harassment, abuse, or threats
  • Stalking or spamming
  • Attempt identity tracing
  • Upload fraudulent verification data
  • Exploit platform vulnerabilities
  • Use automated scraping tools
  • Any illegal activities

Service Availability

WAYZE aims to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee availability, delivery of messages, or technical reliability. Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Emergency Disclaimer

WAYZE is not an emergency service. Users must contact appropriate authorities for emergencies. WAYZE shall not be liable for consequences arising from delayed emergency communication.

Payments & Premium Services

WAYZE may introduce paid services in the future. Pricing, billing cycles, and subscription terms will be communicated in-app. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of content uploaded but grant WAYZE a license to use it for service operation. WAYZE owns all platform intellectual property including software, branding, algorithms, and visual assets.

Limitation of Liability

WAYZE serves solely as a digital bridge and is not a participant in user interactions. WAYZE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, disputes, property damage, personal injury, emotional distress, or vehicle damage.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify WAYZE against claims arising from misuse, law violations, or infringement of third-party rights.

Account Termination

WAYZE may suspend or terminate accounts for policy breaches, risk behavior, engaging in fraud, or when legally required. Decisions are final.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts of Chandigarh/Mohali shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Users must attempt resolution through platform support before pursuing legal action.

Policy Updates

WAYZE may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes. No explicit reconfirmation required.
